Now in its sixth year, Sewells' survey of ‘Fleet Operators Attitude to Contract Hire Companies' is a study of the relationships between the UK’s fleet operators and the country's leading contract hire companies.

This unique survey examines many aspects of the business relationship that form fleet customers’ satisfaction with their contract hire suppliers – from initial quotation through to aftersales service and vehicle return. It focuses on those key issues that have a direct impact on fleet managers’ decision on which contract hire companies to business with.
